approach Some call it "day of" or "month of" coordination, but we call it event management. We believe that every
couple deserves to have someone there at the end of the planning process to pull everything together and let
you enjoy not only the wedding day itself, but also the weeks leading up to it. Our one and only focus is event
management, so your wedding will never be put on the back burner in favor of a full service planning client.
our process Initial Consultation If you think we might be a good fit, the first step is to fill out our contact form. After that, someone will get back
to you shortly with more information and either answer any questions you might have, or to schedule a time for a
phone consultation. During the consultation we will cover our services more in depth, answer your questions, and
discuss your wedding plans thus far.
booking If it is determined after our phone consultation that we would be the best fit for your wedding, you will receive
a digital contract as well as an online invoice for the retainer fee. As soon as the contract is signed, and the
retainer is paid, you will be emailed an invitation to our online planning forms (comprehensive checklist,
automated budgeting, vendor payment reminders, interactive guest list, etc) as well as instructions on how to
use them and get the most out of them.
planning In addition to your online planning forms, we also include a vendor referral list and an extensive FAQ document
that covers everything from invitation etiquette to what size tablecloths you will need. While our management
services do not start until 6 weeks out from your wedding date, it is our hope and intention that with these
documents you will be able to navigate the planning process with ease until our services begin.
start of services At the 8 week mark, we will reach out to you to schedule your initial meeting with your coordinator. Generally,
these meetings happen at our Dallas studio and occur 6 weeks out from your wedding date. You and your
coordinator will discuss your vendors and the services they are providing, what still needs to be done, the timeline
for the wedding weekend, any concerns or pain points you might be having and how we can address those, and
your wedding plans in general. At 4 weeks out, you and your coordinator will do a site visit at your venue for a
final walk through. You'll go over the floor plan, flow of the wedding, discuss the set up/breakdown of your decor,
etc. This is also a time to talk to the venue coordinator about their expectations from your vendors regarding load
in time, any rules they might have about their set up, and what is required in regards to clean up. 2 weeks out
from your wedding, you and your coordinator will have a 1 hour finalizing meeting. This will ensure that everyone
is on the same page the day of the wedding.
rehearsal Included in our service is a 1-hour rehearsal either at your venue, or off-site if needed. Your coordinator will work
together with your officiant to run the through the ceremony, recessional, and processional and make sure that
everyone knows what they are doing and where they are standing. Your coordinator will also give instructions to
your ushers and family members about seating at this time.
wedding day The day has finally arrived! You should be able to relax knowing that our team is taking care of executing all of
your plans that you worked so hard on!
